The WaveLine™ flute is a revolution for the flute family. This unique design allows for a significantly shorter flute body where the headjoint and keys nevertheless remain in line. This design helps to avoid posture problems right from the start and offers the foundation for relaxed playing, higher motivation, longer endurance and more fun for younger players. While its tuning, sound and response are identical to those of a normal-sized flute, its design is perfect for children. The patented WaveLine™ technology headjoint reduces the distance between the lip plate and the keys creating better instrument alignment and easier tone production. Assisted fingering keys are designed for flautists of smaller stature to create a more comfortable hand position. The one piece body to low D reduces overall weight for better balance and playing comfort: 14.65cm shorter than a straight flute. The Jupiter range of flutes are supplied in a moulded hard case with a case bag and cleaning accessories. Recommended for children age 5 and older or players of smaller stature.
